Breakfast Pizza
"Wanna Grab a pizza?"
Pizza is a common go-to food in my household. It's so simple yet so delicious. You can choose to make a pizza or find a pizza store. Don't get me started on the convenience of delivery. It's also fairly inexpensive and it's great for feeding multiple people. Speaking of cost, do you know the most expensive pizza in the world cost about $9200? No, I'm not joking. Renato Viola is a master pizza chef in Italy. Interested in learning more? Off to Italy you go!
Now I'm not a master chef and I like to keep things simple in my kitchen. My grandma always told me that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides fuel for your body and brain. I'm not the first person to create breakfast pizza, kuddos to them, but how can you go wrong with breakfast and pizza?

Lets get started!
Grease your pizza pan! A pizza that doesn't come apart from the pan is huge disappointment. Pre-heat your oven to 425. Next you want to spread your dough out. I realized that I had some extra dough so I decided to make it a stuffed crust!
You'll want to fold your leftover dough to the bottom dough. Use a fork to make the dough stick and hold.
After your dough is ready, you'll want to mix together the eggs and milk.
- Side note - The dough I used required a pre-bake. While I was mixing my eggs and milk, I placed my dough in the oven for 4 minutes, to give it a bit of a crunch.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on your crust then slowly pour your egg and milk mixture evenly as possible over your crust. It's okay if some drips over the edge.
Next you'll want to sprinkle your bacon and cheddar cheese over the mixture. You can choose different ingredients to add to your pizza, like ham or sausage. After you've placed your ingredients on, place your pizza in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes. You'll know when it's ready because your cheese will be bubbling and your crush is golden!
